What the Box Pass does not include
No food, no supplies, no delivery and no physical box. Gathering in a Box is a planning tool: the planner, the Gathering Box and the printable host kit are the whole product. It sends no invitations and no email; you invite your guests your own way.
Plain terms
When checkout opens:
- The Box Pass renews each month or year until you cancel it in PayPal. Cancelling keeps the Pass until the end of the period you paid for.
- If the Pass ends, nothing is deleted because of it: gatherings and invitations already in the box stay and can be opened, edited and printed. Adding a second gathering, or a 26th invitation, needs the Pass again. As for every box, one nobody opens for 400 days is deleted.
- The Pass belongs to one Gathering Box: keep that box's private link. There are no accounts, so a lost link cannot be recovered. A box with a renewing Pass cannot be deleted until you cancel the Pass in PayPal.
- Prices are in US dollars. No selling of your data. The public pages show one banner ad, described under Privacy; Gathering Box pages and printed host kits show none.
Gathering in a Box is in preview. There is no checkout yet, so there is nothing to buy today. Prices at launch will be these, paid through PayPal.
